Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Sociology, Internation Relations, Public Administration, Development Studies, or any other Social Science discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to 30 September 2024.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years of experience in strategic communications, story writing, media engagement, donor reporting and event management.
∎ Significant experience of collaboration among different components of a project or many projects as a part of core team member of an organization.
∎ Highly analytical with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Proficient skills in reporting and presentation in English is mandatory.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, build consensus and work successfully with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of food security programming.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Planning, analytical and organizational capabilities to handle many tasks with deadlines
∎ Ability to deal with a diverse team in challenging contexts
∎ Open approach to addressing challenges
∎ Ability to influence various type of audiences.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
