Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and Engineering
∎ MCSE Certification will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Independently, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Advanced Knowledge in Excel, database management, IT Support Service and Network engineering., IT Troubleshooting, Leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, IT System Management, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Software Implementation, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Implement and monitor changes in infrastructure configuration.
∎ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
∎ Provide overall IT governance for the company.
∎ Work with SAP or other software developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically.
∎ Capacity to manage ERP system, hardware, all type networking with Radio link, operating systems, Mail Server, data Sever, software and procedures that adhere to the company's values and goals.
∎ Perform daily backup operations.
∎ Perform system monitoring for security purposes.
∎ Preparing IT budget, updating inventory of all hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Installation of new servers and configure hardware.
∎ Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning.

∎ Age at least 35 years
