Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s websites.
∎ Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
∎ Develop and maintain a knowledge base for common IT issues and their solutions.
∎ Manage and configure servers, databases, and other critical IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
∎ Manage and maintain CCTV system, PABX/IP-PABX intercom system, video conferencing system, biometric and face detected attendance & access control system.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve IT-related issues and minimize downtime.
∎ Day to day responsibility for running/installation, maintenance & configuration of software, network & hardware and updating and security of the overall Factory Information System application, Network System and other software.
∎ Develop and maintain custom software applications tailored to company needs.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to understand their software requirements and implement solutions.
∎ Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Tally and ERP systems.
∎ Train staff on the effective use of Tally and ERP software, and troubleshoot any issues.
∎ Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and peripherals.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
∎ Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure IT-related queries are addressed promptly.
∎ Create and maintain the document, implement and review the policies and procedures for the IT Department in liaison with management.
∎ Responsible for the basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting for all computer hardware.
∎ Fully receptive and supportive in the activities that contribute towards continuous improvement of IT services.
∎ Troubleshooting- PC, Printer, Scanner, Laptop, and new devices.
∎ Any kind of hardware and software support.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
