Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
∎ Handle organization-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
∎ Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
∎ Continuously analyse current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analysing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company need.
∎ Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups.
∎ Responsible for IT hardware and software procurement & vendor management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular maintenance of Servers, Firewall, Router, Projectors, LCDs, Laptops and desktop machines etc. with supporting updates to ensure proper working of database applications, Internet & E-mail at user end at all locations so as to have minimal downtime.
∎ Maintain networking which includes switches/router/LAN/VPN connections which help to ensure proper connectivity of all hardware & applications.
∎ Diagnose hardware/ software installation and configuration problems.
∎ Attend all service requests within timeframes as defined in the SLA.
∎ Ensure unplanned shutdown of servers does not exceed the defined time limits.
∎ Maintaining proper records of IT equipment sent to maintenance vendors.
∎ Ensure backups are taken on daily/weekly basis so as to ensure business continuity.
∎ Checks systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.
∎ Establishes and controls systems access and security.
∎ Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage and retrieval functions
∎ Coordinates third-party maintenance for network hardware, software and networking services.
∎ Prepares and maintains documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts.
∎ Manage disaster recovery process, endpoint security management, and ensuring regular daily backup is taken.
∎ Responsible for IT operations including troubleshooting connectivity problems, adding/terminating users, resetting passwords, setting up e-mail addresses, assessing and reporting operational status, performing backups and restores as per SLAs and timelines.
∎ Responsible for Inventory Management of all IT software/hardware etc. and ensuring stock is maintained and reordered whenever necessary and process. No dues requests for IT department on request basis.
∎ Provide new joiners PC/Laptops with all the software installed within the set timelines
∎ Create User ID and Password, set-up access rights for new hires with in the pre agreed timelines.
∎ Establishes budgetary requirements for equipment replacement.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Managing information technology and computer systems.
∎ Must deep knowledge in Laptop, Desktop.
∎ Backup Management Mail & Data.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ Exposure to cloud /ERP system.
∎ Knowledge of server hardware and disk storage technology.
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft outlook service & backup.
∎ Knowledge in Zoom, Team meeting.
∎ Keeping reports up to date as regular basis.
∎ To keep update IT related device of Managing Director.
∎ Whenever instructed Organize and setup scheduled virtual meetings for the Managing Director online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc on a regular basis.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
