Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Applications, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in information Technology.
∎ Masters of Science (MSc) in computer science engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ A reputed one of the top leading Sweater manufacturer and exporter in Bangladesh. A sister concern of a top most leading group of company are looking for energetic, creative, dynamic and dedicated IT Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of Internet Router, Switch, WiFi Router and Access Point for factory.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of all server for any technical problems which includes Mail server on Linux.
∎ Support users for all kinds of IT related issues which include complete setup, maintenance and troubleshooting issues of Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, and Photo-copier.
∎ Support for PABX/Telephone line related issues and troubleshooting problems of remote office connection through IP network.
∎ Support to factory locations for any IT related technical problems remotely or physically if needed.
∎ Installation and maintenance of CCTV camera, DVR in factory location.
∎ Installation of new internet connection, telephone line and computer setup for new users and shifting users and also troubleshooting problems of existing user.
∎ Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of finger print/swap card attendance device.
∎ Creating mail for users and troubleshooting mail and outlook related problems.
∎ Taking backup of all servers which include Mail server, Tally server and users necessary data and restore when needed.
∎ Contact vendor/supplier for proper service and ensuring products warranty.
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Good command in written & communication in English shall be given preference.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Must be ability to create business of Software and Outsourcing.
∎ Passion for innovation and creativity.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure according to plan and meet deadlines.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented and hardworking.
