• Communication and Negotiation Skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Must have an understanding of logistics.

• Must have knowledge of inventory.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Sales and Business Development.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.

• Customer Relationship Management.

• Reporting and Documentation.

• Good understanding of sales & marketing.

• Develop and implement business plan to achieve company objectives.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve the set sales target and objectives.

• Provide ongoing performance feedback to the management to maximize team productivity.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Have to achive budget for his brunch.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

• Track the progress of weekly,monthly quarterly and annual objectives.

• Supervise and motivation staff to perform their best.

• Make sure vall employees adhere to cpmpany’spolicies guidelines.

• Report to: head of Sales &Marketing.
