• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

• Proficient in Excel, trading platforms, and digital communication tools

• Independently build and manage investment funds

• Identify and onboard new investors from different districts and upazilas

• Provide accurate investment guidance and capital market advisory support

• Assist clients in creating smart and profitable investment plans

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

• Achieve assigned targets in client acquisition and fund growth

• Ensure investor services are provided in compliance with BSEC and DSE regulations
