Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivery:
∎ Oversee the delivery of goods and materials to ensure timely and accurate receipt.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth delivery processes.
∎ Physical Inspection:
∎ Conduct regular physical inspections of inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
∎ Identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation of findings.
∎ Approval:
∎ Review and approve inventory items based on established criteria, quality standards, and specifications.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
∎ Quality Assurance (QA):
∎ Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure the integrity and quality of inventory.
∎ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and compliance.
∎ Order Processing:
∎ Oversee the processing of inventory orders, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
∎ Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
∎ Shipping:
∎ Coordinate shipping activities, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and customer delivery expectations.
∎ Stock - In Stock, Out Stock:
∎ Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
∎ Implement inventory control measures, such as stock counting, cycle counting, and replenishment strategies.
∎ Auditing:
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits to assess accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Collaborate with internal audit teams and implement recommended improvements.
∎ Development:
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in inventory management systems, and best practices.
∎ Continuously improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Generate comprehensive inventory reports, including stock levels, movement, and valuation.
∎ Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
∎ Knowledge of quality assurance and control processes, including familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of inventory-related issues and initiatives.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports for decision-making purposes
