∎ B.Sc in IPE (Industrial Production Engineering)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & analyze the production methods to ensure effective cost & efficient methods to obtaining company targeted goals for the production.
∎ Daily monitoring of production activity and evaluation of production methods.
∎ Responsible for providing leadership, outstanding people skills, and management to a team of Production Engineers.
∎ Responsible for installation, maintenance, and improvement of production lines.
∎ planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Assessing the production and resource requirements.
∎ Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing with budgets and timescales to achieve the company's targeted goal.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Overseeing production processes & provide guidelines for efficient production with good quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in the woven garments industry.
∎ Strong leadership, Analytical knowledge, Technical knowledge of production activities.
∎ Proactive to ensure on-time efficient management of production.

Salary: Negotiable
