Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents including technical and financial proposals.
∎ Preparing a Technical proposal includes Site Organization, Method Statement, Mobilization Schedule, Construction Schedule, ES Management Strategies and Implementation Plans, Equipment, Key Personnel Schedule, Quality Control Management Plan, OHS Plan and Others as per tender documents requirement.
∎ Prepare and submit E-gp tender.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of all tenders, bids, and outcomes.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation.
∎ Follow up on tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations.
∎ Keep updated with government procurement policies.
∎ To visit corporate clients.
∎ To Visit different government origination.
∎ To summit quotation to clients.
∎ Product sourcing.
∎ Competitor analysis.
∎ presentation skill.
∎ To achieve sales target.
∎ To increase market share.
