Responsibilities & Context: - Market Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rice market, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Sales Targets – Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by promoting the company’s rice products.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Product Promotion – Educate customers on product quality, benefits, and competitive advantages to encourage sales.
- Market Research – Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Order Management – Take customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Payment Collection – Follow up on invoices and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Brand Representation – Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Reporting – Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on market activities.
- Customer Feedback – Gather feedback on products and services, and recommend improvements.
