Responsibilities & Context:
  • Market Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rice market, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Sales Targets – Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by promoting the company’s rice products.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Product Promotion – Educate customers on product quality, benefits, and competitive advantages to encourage sales.
  • Market Research – Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Order Management – Take customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
  • Payment Collection – Follow up on invoices and ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Brand Representation – Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Reporting – Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on market activities.
  • Customer Feedback – Gather feedback on products and services, and recommend improvements.
