∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Textile Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine, discuss and agree on internal quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Evaluate customer requirements and ensure that they are met.
∎ Setting customer service standards.
∎ Work with operating personnel to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
∎ Writing management and technical reports and customer charters.
∎ Determine training needs.
∎ Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical data.
∎ Proper Monitoring in Customer Compliance report.
∎ Need good knowledge about all kind of Fabric i.e. knit/Woven/Non-Woven.
∎ Need good knowledge about Grading point scale (4 Point, 6 Point, 10 Point).
∎ Must have a good knowledge about source of faults.
∎ Must have the skill of communication with customer about minimizing replacement or compensation.
∎ Must have good skill of communication with production team and give advice if needed.
Salary: Negotiable
