Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast knowledge about padded, Fack Down, Seam Sealing, Real Down, Duck Down & High SMV jacket & Vast product.
∎ Buyer Handle Smoothly by IE Technique.
∎ Production Planning & to get optimum Productivity.
∎ Finalizing operation bulletin and designing Technical layout.
∎ To calculate the SMV base costing.
∎ Man power planning.
∎ Machine requirements planning.
∎ Line setting and balancing.
∎ Making standard work procedures for all operations.
∎ Method engineering and work place engineering.
∎ Skill wise grading of all operators & skill test. before new operator Recruitment.
∎ Upgrading and training of operators.
∎ Analytical study of all generated reports and incentive systems.
∎ Conducting production and forecast meeting with all department in charges.
∎ Suggest and simplify operations at proto Stages.
∎ Standardization methods through recording method.
∎ Generate data for easier and effective line balancing.
∎ Follow up the low efficiency operator.
∎ Follow up operator skill matrix.
∎ Any other task assign by management .
