Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take full responsibility as a head of IE .
∎ To prepare monthly production plan, shipment schedule & manpower allocation.
∎ Implement & control the production schedule
∎ Review and adjust the schedule where needed .
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations .
∎ Determine and implement improvement to the production process
∎ Estimate production cost and cost control program.
∎ To check operation bulletin & machine layout of all style .
∎ Set the daily target of cutting , Sewing , & finishing production (Individuals & team wise).
∎ To perform properly line balancing with manpower ,machine & material .
∎ To follow up efficiency report , costing report , NPT, Thread consumption , capacity study .
∎ Train up the production peoples about 5s, 8 wastage & compliance issues.
∎ Motivate employees and enrich their knowledge in certain areas training is arranged .
∎ Implementing value engineering initiative to achieve standardization and reduce cost.
∎ Any other task assign by management .
