• Age At least 35 years

• An in-depth knowledge and commercial experience
• Knowledge on supply chain management
• Import policy, Foreign exchange transaction guideline given by Bangladesh bank, UCP 700, Incoterm 2020, updated BCT.

• Run the import operation as per SOPs within budget complying all import regulations, trade laws, and customs procedure.
• Run the local export operation as per SOPs complying all banking, local export practices and customs regulations.
• Undertake and maximize cash incentive claim complying relevant regulations.
• Perform commercial treasury function, reporting and managing import liability, allocating and reporting export proceed and meeting internal fund requirement.
• Train, lead and coordinate the import and cash incentive team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
