Job Context:
∎ The job responsibility involves looking after the overall production of the factory.
∎ Must have experience working as IE Manager in woven Garments Factory.
∎ Good to have- IE & Planning experience.
∎ Job Location- Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to play a significant role to increase productivity with standards.
∎ Monitor the work floor for maximum utilization of man, machine, and material.
∎ Implement new methods and tools to increase productivity.
∎ Preparing worker's skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study on daily basis.
∎ Increase productivity by using the proper methods, bottleneck identification and monitoring
∎ Efficiency calculation of all workers on a daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
∎ Coordinate and stream line or production process to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Production Break Down, SMV calculation.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
∎ Make ensure Change over time "0" for every style & lead the full COT team from beginning.
∎ Line balancing ensure as per plan pick target for all styles from layout start by proper capacity study.
∎ Daily earning ensure as per factory cost.
∎ Operator's skill matrix update & ensure per line operator will be A great & have to know critical processes.
∎ Production balancing, Process engineering.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Develop an IE team Train the production team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
∎ Prepare monthly KPI report
∎ Finalize the operation bulletins, line targets, line balancing build up, for new styles
∎ Train operators for particular operation as needed for specific steps
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, Production Management (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing).
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours as factory needed for emergency issues
∎ Good written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationship
∎ Able to Work Under stress and multitasking ability
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Production and quality system.
∎ Candidate have knowledge on 5s Framework, Lean, Six Sigma, kaizen, Social Compliance will have added preference.
∎ Must be Residential Living Area in Gazipur or Uttara.
