∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ Preparing Operation bulletin, Layout etc.
∎ Doing capacity study, method study, production study, line balancing etc.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Non- Productive time calculation.
∎ Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation.
∎ Improve capacity or the factory to meet the plan targets.
∎ Design factory layout.
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Manage all IE Executives and Officers to achieve production goal.
∎ Any other assignments at the discretion of management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have a Very Good Computer Literacy

Salary: Negotiable
