Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update daily production by "plan vs actual production" and informing concerns about meeting goals of production plan.
∎ Follow up and monitor pre-production events and support to achieve on target time frame.
∎ Cooperate planning coordinator to execute planning effectively
∎ Create Draft Plan for next month's production as per Master plan;
∎ Arrange necessary documents for upcoming month's planning meeting and update plan as per discussion.
∎ Maintain order recap for various buyer as per projection and get confirmation from buyer.
∎ Training production staff on efficiency
∎ Wastage control
∎ Prepare regular loss time
∎ Prepare regular SMV calculation
∎ Calculate WIP of lines
∎ Method Study + Method development
∎ Motion Study
∎ Monitoring and optimize machine Productivity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4/5 years' experience in IE areas of Garments accessories (Specially Screen Print / Embroidery / Offset Printing / Carton etc.)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
