Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Multifabs Limited (100% export oriented Knit composite Factory). One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability. Multifabs Ltd. is conducting a lot of CSR activities among the employees as well as social affairs.·

∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the Production department and ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by each department·
∎ Manage and maintain a work environment conducive to achieve high productivity, utilizing manpower, materials, and machines correctly & efficiently.·
∎ Analyze and control the processes of production in line with strategies issued by the management· Ensure operational guidelines, procedures and practices are followed·
∎ Conduct motion & method study to improve the processes and direct and control.·
∎ Direct and control the implementation of new technology and modern techniques to improve productivity and efficiency·
∎ Ensure customer and worker safety requirements are met in workplace· Monitor and ensure product quality meets the required standards and customers' requirements·
∎ Ensure management of reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, stock and inventory, headcount, quality, and safety for effective decision making by the management·
∎ Monitor and ensure cost reduction by directing and implementing the reduction of all kinds of production wastage like - rejection, rework, wrong cutting, excess production, and excess working hour.·
∎ Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for Production Department·
∎ Monitor and manage floor discipline, identify training needs, and manage career development of subordinates.·
∎ Carry out any additional assignments delegated by the Management
