Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, MIS, EEE, CE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, MIS, EEE, CE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Candidates having professional certifications in the related field will get preferences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Data Management and Analysis, Erp software, Hardware & Networking, Network and Network Equipment Configuration, Project Manager (Software), Software Development, Software Engineering, Software Implementation, Software Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a modern, effective, and safe working ICT-driven environment for the team.
∎ Lead the ICT team, and provide necessary guidance and effective leadership to achieve the goals of the ICT department.
∎ Ensure and supervise the day-to-day operational activities of both the ICT development team and the ICT operation team.
∎ Manage troubleshooting specific hardware and software issues to ensure maximum approved user accessibility and operations of the systems and coordinate with other departments in order to understand and meet their technological requirements.
∎ Supervise & confirm the expected performance of Applications, Data Management, Communications, Equipment & Support.
∎ Ensure successful deployment of all technology initiatives within the budget on time.
∎ Ensure that current team members remain with new ICT developments and best practices; provide/arrange in-house training as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the ICT department in reputed organizations.
∎ Should have expertise and knowledge in software development.
∎ Should have experience in operating at least 100 users based multi functional system.
∎ Creative, analytical and proactive problem solver.
∎ Ability to work independently within a team-orientated environment meeting all deadlines.
∎ Effective English language communicator (both conversational, technical & written)
