∎ MBA (major in Human Resources) from reputed University will be preferable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08-10 (Eight to Ten) years practical experiences in Banks/NBFIs particularly in HR & Admin department.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and Leadership skills.
∎ Able to perform in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead the team of HR professional.
∎ Follow up with recruitment process ( From drafting of the contents of advertisement for publication in the job portal or newspaper up to issuance of Offer Letter)
∎ Arrange In-House & External Training.
∎ Handle all types of employee related Disciplinary Issues.
∎ To provide different reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
∎ To prepare monthly activities report.
∎ Amend HR Policy and Code of Conduct as required time to time.
∎ Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
∎ To execute the performance appraisal management process for all employees.
∎ To keep the personal file updated.
∎ To keep the leave record up dated.
∎ To perform the PF & employee benefits related work.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
