Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to all HR issues relate to factory operation for instance recruitment and selection, orientation, staffs' management, salary survey and disciplinary process.
∎ Responsible for overall security and safety in the factory.
∎ Advises and coaches line managers in the execution of their people management accountabilities
∎ Implements ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
∎ Facilitates the collaboration and communication between the factory and HR units at the Corporates office HRM.
∎ Creates and maintains internal communication channels and tools with the staff (staff meetings, notice board, employee representatives, org charts, surveys etc.); communicates and promotes the role of HR to all staff members
∎ Develops and implements policies on issues like working conditions, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management by concern of Authority.
∎ Anticipates HR and Admin needs and scenarios to align with operational evolution and/or contingency plans.
∎ Applies modern management methods and techniques for efficient management for the factory through efficient personnel management.
∎ Supervises all staffs' under your service providers within the factory.
