∎ IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: HR Training courses
∎ Skills Required: General HR,Factory HR Administration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hire people as per requirements of the organization
∎ Organize and maintain personnel records
∎ Update internal databases
∎ Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
∎ Revise company policies
∎ Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
∎ Answer employees query about HR-related issues
∎ Maintain payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
∎ Maintain Compliance related issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
