Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.
∎ Training/Trade Course: HR Operations,Labour Law,Employee Benefits Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Excellent operating skills over MS Office, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Problem solving and analytical skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Disciplinary Action, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, payroll management, Work Experience in ERP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Validation and finalization monthly attendance in ERP System.
∎ Monitor employee job confirmation procedures and make necessary changes in ERP.
∎ Process and validate employee's new loan and existing EMI in ERP.
∎ Validate and upload benefits (GMC) and deduction data in ERP.
∎ Review and approve monthly mobile and TA & DA bills.
∎ Process monthly payroll and complete other necessary actions with India HR and BD Accounts Team for salary disbursement.
∎ Process and disburse casual workers' monthly salary after validating attendance.
∎ Process and settle resigned employees' payments as per statutory.
∎ Annual salary revision, promotion and employee benefits (GMC, WPPF, Earn Leave, etc) administration.
∎ Prepare HR Budget, maintaining cost within the budget and necessary data.
∎ Conduct Pay Survey and taking actions based on that.
∎ Designing Pay Structure in light of different law and policy regulations.
∎ Manage employee movements (transfer, deputation, and promotions) as per management instruction.
∎ Ensure the proper disciplinary proceedings & action as per statutory norms.
∎ Monitor mobile SIM, ID & Business Card distribution and manage air ticketing & hotel booking.
∎ Prepare and update monthly & quarterly HR MIS reports.
∎ Upgrade current HR Operations practices and develop team member on HR operations activities.
∎ Facilitate implementation and UAT testing of the new Group HRMS in line with HR policy.
∎ Training employees about the new HRMS usage & query management as necessary.
