∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be very good at Factory HR Operations and Compliance Management.
∎ Prepare and implement all operational HR-related policies and procedures and implement them accordingly.
∎ Manpower planning and budgeting.
∎ Recruitment and selections (Directly engaged with supervisor and above level/ Team members recruitment partially engaged)
∎ Training and development: Arrange and conduct different types of training.  Conduct Induction /Orientation training
∎ Workers Performance Management. (Performance evaluation before confirmation/Performance evaluation within probation period, Annual performance evaluation before salary increment)
∎ Grievance Handling and Discipline Management. (Ensure proper discipline in every aspect)
∎ Implement strategies to keep the workforce motivated and hence maintain LTO & absenteeism at an affordable level.
∎ Ensure all kinds of Social, Environmental & Security, and technical audits.
∎ Sound knowledge about buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
∎ Monitor certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, Nirapon, ISO, GRS, RCS, GOTS, OEKOTEX etc., and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ Communicate with BKMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, and security awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ Welfare administration. (CSR activities, different promotional activities, day celebration)
∎ Health and Safety Management.
∎ Liaisons with BEZA, labor department, and government institution-related.
∎ Ensuring 5 S & Support compliance issues.
∎ Employee relations, arrange different employee engagement programs.
∎ Counseling, grievance handling process, Handling conflict and negotiating, Maintaining a congenial working environment)
∎ Retention plan and implement accordingly.
∎ Increase awareness amongst all employees of compliance requirements
∎ Standardize and set up clear operating/control procedures in the factory
∎ Monitor processes and procedures, checking for workability for improvement
∎ Evaluate incoming orders in terms of potential safety hazards and alert concerned parties regarding control procedures required to minimize risk
∎ Check and review SOP records for compliance and process analysis
∎ Provide feedback to factory management on required corrective measures
∎ Coordinate with accessories and equipment suppliers for safety compliance and maintenance/repair necessary
∎ Conduct evaluation on social compliance and product safety standards and inform management on improvements made
∎ Facilitate execution of identified improvements
∎ Conduct random compliance audits on all factories
∎ Carry out any other duties assigned by the Superiors.
