∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline & Master in HRM from any reputed university.
∎ Professional Certification like PGDHRM from BIM, Social Compliance/ Auditing course completed candidate will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for smooth functioning of factory HR and Compliance activities.
∎ Managing dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & Compliance guidelines.
∎ Handling workers' grievances, wages and salaries, employee welfare and healthcare.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct, Law of the land and ILO requirements.
∎ Formulate various policies & procedures related to HR & Compliance of the company.
∎ Liaise with functional department e.g. merchandising, Production, QA & accounts any other department in order to coordinate Buyers visits and audit at any time
∎ Resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner in compliant with buyer COC, Labor Law 2006, & 2018 and labor Rules 2015 including Govt. Gazette 2018.
∎ Maintaining the standard in social and technical compliance issues
∎ Must have adequate knowledge to handle Accord, Alliance, BNBC, Third party audit (SEDEX, BSCI, C-TPAT) etc. with zero issues
∎ Dealing with Buyer and third party auditor on compliance issue.
∎ Liaison with regulatory bodies & stake-holders like; BGMEA, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases and workers grievance related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ A man of total integrity.
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law,Accord, Alliance, COC, BSCI
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable
