Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working knowledge of managing a knit garment's costing process, procedures, and cost database
∎ Verify post-costing with pre-costing to come up with actual CM
∎ Understanding of apparel production process from product concept through to order delivery from the factory
∎ Strong knowledge of the Costing Process and also strong Analytical Skill
∎ Experience Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Powerpoint, etc
∎ Knowledge of internal controls and process improvement experience are added advantages
∎ Ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bills, MRR, vouchers, etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ Carry out accounts and systems auditing & figured out discrepancies & inefficiencies.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book, and all types of payments & receipts voucher
∎ Check all receipts & payments, bank reconciliation, income statements daily cash deposits, and other bank transactions.
∎ Conduct regular Market surveys for price verification of various spare parts, accessories items, and materials, prepare a report
∎ Check the monthly salary sheet, wages sheet & OT sheet of the employees of the group.
∎ Conduct Physical Inventory Stock Reports from all store departments (e.g. Yarn Store, Chemical Store, Fabric Store, and Accessories Store) & report to management
∎ Have vast knowledge of the "Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules 2006, 2015
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in SAP/ ERP is must
∎ Only Garments Experienced person should apply for the post
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in Advance Excel & PPT
∎ The candidate having Master's in Accounting should have three-year practical experience in any group of companies.
