Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Executive/Sr. Executive -Commercial at APS Group.
∎ Department: Commercial
∎ Job Location: Khan Tower (8th-11th Floor) Holding# 14&16, Sonargaon Janapath Road, Sector-11, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.Bangladesh
∎ Reports to: AGM, Commercial
∎ Buyer Name: Kiabi, Lindex, Monoprix, Auchan, Hanes, Todas Sarl (Ripcurl), Jules Sweater (MDF), Centrotex-Signal, Vrg Sa-Poland.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mainly focus on documentation-Rip curl Buyer, Interworld, Intersports,
∎ Prepare the original documents according to the buyer requirement for submitting to bank for collection of export proceeds.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in all commercial activities related to import & Export.
∎ Prepare the pro-forma Invoice according to the PO Sheet in favor of Buyer OR Buying House.
∎ Prepare the all-Export Related documents.
∎ Placing booking to the Shipping Line & Freight Forwarders through Online & Manually for execution the Export.
∎ Follow up Shipment/Shipping Approval from Forwarder/Buyer
∎ Coordinate with CNF & Forwarder for Shipping Order.
∎ Submission of BL draft to the forwarder through mail & online & confirmation the BL status with the forwarder and collection the original BL.
∎ Should be able to send/submit necessary documents to the buyer/buying house for issuance of IC, collection of IC & other related documents as well.
∎ Cash incentive related work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to understand LC terms and conditions.
∎ Should be able to work with the Private & Government Authorities as required.
∎ Expert in mail communication
∎ Expert in Ms. Excel
Salary: Negotiable
