Sourcing and screening candidates and for required position.
Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications for Textile Division.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, Monitoring, evaluating, and developing friendly work environment.
Ensure IR and employee relations issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended to as per the law of the land.
Prepare and implement proper SOP and Officer Order to ensure process improvement.
Ensure proper salary and over time (OT) management and disbursement of all the factories of Textile Division.
Analysis employee turnover rate and find out the exact reasons of turnover and take initiative to solve the reasons immediately.
Setting the monthly target of marketing department and analyzing that the target is being achieved properly to ensure uninterrupted production and operation activity.
Recruit, retain, and maintain a pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
Maintain relation with cross functional department heads to understand all necessary aspects and need to HR development and to ensure they are informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
Responsible for HR Budget of Textile Division.
Develop subordinates and ensure good teamwork & to ensure continual improvement of the work process and self-development.
Manage and control departmental expenditures within the agreed budget.
Ensure approved organogram-based employee recruitment of Textile Division.
Ensure the Performance Management process as per the PMS policy and timelines.
Ensure Insurance issues (monthly updated lists, renewals and cheque receipts) of Textile Division.
Responsible for HR report and Monthly HR MIS report.
Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and with high morale.
Communicate with BTMA, BTMEA, Insurance Company time to time for insurance and other purposes.
Provide training to the employees of Textile Division where necessary.
Ensure on-time performance appraisal and KPI review processes are maintained.
Work on different project assigned by management.
