Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for all HR and Administration related issues
∎ Ensure high quality policies and procedures are in place for best HR practices
∎ Able to execute overall factory Admin/ HR & Compliance activities
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ Properly communicate with compliance auditors, fire & civil defense department , labor office , Environment office ,local influences
∎ Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
∎ Ensure a timely staff induction for all recruits in order to provide them with basic organizational information and primary acquaintance with organizational policy, procedures, and culture;
∎ Follow up all data, records, reports, formats, statement, & files, Ensure that Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards
∎ Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defence, Labour Office, Labour Court etc.
∎ To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production departments during compliance audits.
∎ Ensure documents (fire license, factory license, Trade license, RAJUK approvals, Chemical, Boiler etc) are updated
∎ Preparing, organizing and managing factory 24/7 following audits like, Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ , ACCORD/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) FSC and COC SA8000 and other certification Audits.
∎ The applicants should have full command on Bangladesh Labor Laws and amendment 2013 with Rules 2015, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law and ILO Convention relevant to similar sector Accomplish buyer's/ audit's corrective action plan.
∎ Prepare various office orders as per instruction of management and circulate it throughout the organization
∎ Handle issues related to transport.
∎ Monitor security system, Warehouse mgt system.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge about labor law
∎ Good leadership and ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Should have established relation with various audit body (SADEX, BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc)
∎ Should have good understanding on construction work and project implementation.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Should have ability to handle related public authority.
∎ Knowledge of Buyers' Compliance and Certification..
