Human Resources
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with labor law and company standards
Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separations
Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, increments, and disciplinary processes
Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files with confidentiality and accuracy
Handle grievances, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Lead performance appraisal processes and support training & development initiatives
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer code of conduct
Administration
Oversee general administration, office management, and facility support services
Manage security, transport, housekeeping, canteen, and utility services
Coordinate licenses, renewals, statutory documents, and factory registrations
Supervise admin staff and vendors; control admin budgets and expenses
Ensure smooth coordination between management, departments, and external parties
Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer Codes of Conduct
Lead and manage buyer, third-party, and regulatory audits (BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, ILO, HIGG etc.)
Prepare, implement, and close Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) within required timelines
Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready compliance documentation and records
Act as the primary compliance focal point for buyers, auditors, and authorities
Monitor compliance in working hours, wages, overtime, leave, and employment practices
Oversee health, safety, fire, and environmental compliance, including drills and risk assessments
Conduct internal audits and regular factory inspections to identify and prevent non-compliance
Manage grievance mechanisms and worker welfare committees
Deliver compliance training and awareness programs for workers and management
Reporting & Leadership
Prepare HR, admin, and compliance reports for management and buyers
Advise management on labor risk, compliance gaps, and improvement plans
Lead and develop HR, admin, and compliance teams to ensure operational excellence
