Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure the finishing operation is done as per planning, implementing the SOP and efficiently using the ERP & SEDO.
- Achieve target production & TNA
- Attain the required quality standards as per customer requirements & ensure customer satisfaction both internally & externally
- Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
- Prepare and submit all kind of operation related reports on demand.
