Job Context:
∎ Drive business through collaborating with Government Institutions by offering our disbursement solution and achieve the bring business for the company.
∎ Primary focus will be on the Safety Net programs under Ministry of Social Welfare of the government.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify business opportunity for bKash in government sectors where government disburses grants/funds/stipends to the people.
∎ Maintain liaison with key Government Officials associated with various disbursement programs through regular engagement
∎ Coordinate customer acquisition program in collaboration with appointed Agency, Government Program Office, and other internal and external stakeholders
∎ Ensure timely and smooth disbursement of government funds to registered customer base with zero error & high efficiency
∎ Organize engagement programs with government organizations as part of partnership launch, celebration etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ • Academic Qualification:
∎ At least a 4 years Bachelor degree in business or other relevant discipline
∎ • Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ • 3-4 years of experience with a mix in working with corporate & government sector in large commercial organization.
∎ • the Incumbent should have an overall understanding of MFS business
∎ • Key Skills:
∎ ? Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ ? Strong leadership qualities and ability to build strong relationship with different levels within Government Organization
∎ ? Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately when interacting with individuals groups within government organization.
∎ ? Interpersonal/Managerial:
∎ ? Good Communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
