Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Minimum graduation in any discipline.
∎ Textile Engineering/Clothing Technology is most preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
grarments, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hold the responsibility of total quality assurance operation and achieve KPIs in a business unit. Report to GM and lead sewing floor quality team, finishing quality team, final QA team as well as Asst. Manager and Team Leader.
∎ Maintain quality assurance objectives and communicate the objectives with manufacturing processes in cooperation with production team.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality expectance of finished products.
∎ Collaborate with products development and production team in engineering designs and manufacturing methods.
∎ Ensure PPS/Master Samples are approved with correct tech pack or specifications prior to go for bulk production. Manage all aspects of fitting, technical issues and products assessments (i.e. Risk Assessment, PP Sample, First Bulk etc).
∎ Associate with other sections (Pattern, Accessories, Fabric, Cutting, Embellishment,Sewing etc.) and provide technical troubleshooting with correct product specifications for productivity and efficiency.
∎ Invent new methodologies/techniques and establish quality control procedures as customers specify.
∎ Follow up on raw materials inventory, manufacturing processes, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Be thorough with customer's manuals, protocols and make sure the customer's general manufacturing policy or technical compliances are complied with.
∎ Follow up statistical data management, technical process audits, skill development and training activities.
∎ Liaise with customers' technical and QA team.
∎ Be thorough and proactive with production planning for cutting, sewing, finishing and shipment. Execute inspection plan to make sure on time delivery of goods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in English. Must be capable to communicate in both of speaking and writing.
∎ Practical computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Mailing.
∎ Adaptability of working with foreign management.
∎ Capability of handling customers (foreign & local).
∎ Good presentation and effective communication skill.
∎ Flexibility, mobility on job & steadiness under pressure.
∎ Good team management, team player and leadership skill.
∎ Strong technical and analytical knowledge in quality system.
Salary: Negotiable
