Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for finishing feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Monitor and control finishing quality system
∎ Inspects machinery to detect malfunction and directs repair or replacement parts
∎ Follow up day to day target work
∎ Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production
∎ Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of production line as well as production nature discussing with production manager
∎ Control and monitor overall finishing
∎ Coordination with quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generating during processing
