∎ >Candidates must have working experience in woven denim bottom items.
∎ >At last 06/07 years Experience in Similar Position at Reputed Garments.
∎ >Strong Communication Skills.
∎ >Must be good looking and presentable.
∎ >Willingness to work under Pressure.
∎ >Age above 45 is not acceptable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all finishing processes such as pressing, trimming, spot cleaning, folding, tagging, and packing.
∎ Ensure the production targets are achieved on time without compromising quality.
∎ Monitor the quality of finished garments according to buyer specifications.
∎ Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to identify and fix any defects.
∎ Approve final inspection before shipment.
∎ Manage finishing line supervisors, operators, helpers, and support staff.
∎ Train team members on finishing standards, techniques, and buyer requirements.
∎ Allocate manpower based on order priorities and timelines.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and enhance efficiency.
∎ Optimize finishing processes to improve garment appearance and quality.
∎ Collaborate with production, quality, merchandising, and logistics teams.
∎ Communicate with merchandising on any quality issues or delays.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor standards.
∎ Enforce proper usage of machinery and tools in the finishing department.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production, rejection, rework, and shipment schedules.
∎ Generate daily/weekly reports for senior management.
∎ Manage finishing materials like polybags, hangers, tags, cartons, etc.
∎ Monitor usage and prevent wastage or shortages.
