Job Responsibilities:      

• Oversee finishing operations and ensure effective handling of inspections, including audits by external buying offices.

• Manage the finishing and packing teams efficiently to achieve excellent results.

• Demonstrate strong production leadership and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

• Possess technical expertise and the ability to monitor day-to-day activities effectively.

• Analyze products and prepare for line feeding to ensure the right quality is achieved the first time.

• Follow up on shipment plans, meet packing targets, and quickly balance finishing lines when required.

• Monitor individual worker performance and optimize manpower allocation for quality outcomes.

• Ensure effective monitoring and control of the quality system to maintain high standards.

• Enhance the knowledge and skills of the team through training and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrate buyer-specific standards and requirements on machinery settings.

• Inspect machinery to detect malfunctions and direct necessary repairs or part replacements.

• Maintain and update critical operational information regularly.

• Track daily target achievements and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Perform other finishing-related duties and responsibilities as required.

• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
