Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh, a reputed national NGO, is inviting eligible and deserving candidates to apply for the position of Manager (Finance). Interested candidates are requested to apply through online. The position is based at Rangpur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager (Finance) will be responsible for managing the Finance team at Rangpur Coordination Office as well as perform day to day financial management activities as following:
∎ Record keeping
∎ Ensure the financial data posting in the software and send monthly data to Dhaka on time.
∎ Preparation of financial reports - Receipts and Payments, Statement of Income and Expenditure and Cash Flow Statement etc.
∎ Supervise project Accountants at local level for preparation of Project Financial Reporting.
∎ Preparation of budgets for new Project Proposal with real data/ information.
∎ Preparation of organizational budget for activities in Rangpur.
∎ Maintain the Fixed Assets Registers.
∎ Time to time field visit and monitor the record keeping in the field accounts offices.
∎ Facilitate the auditors (internal and external ) with financial and relevant information.
∎ Facilitate the visitors/donors at their visit to Rangpur and Field for progress monitoring.
∎ Other tasks assigned by her/his Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer knowledge and familiar with accounting software (knowledge in ACCPAC).
∎ Skills in preparation of Budget and Financial Statement.

Salary: Tk. 45080 (Monthly)
