Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounts
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountants (Very Recent) from top 07 CA firms is MUST.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Countrys laws and regulations, IAS, IFRS, Ri, Sound knowledge of IPPF

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans and improves the organization's financial health by offering accounting and financial prediction services, creating growth strategies, and supervising staff.
∎ Lead and construct the company's financial strategy and planning.
∎ To develop the organization through strategic planning, and implementation of development strategies, policies, and practices leading to overall financial management & development.
∎ Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects.
∎ Analyze organization operations; identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulate capital to fund expansion.
∎ Encourage strategic thinking and the establishment of functional goals in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
∎ Construct and monitor reliable control systems and ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare and represent monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports with all applicable Financial Accounting Standards, Internal Revenue Service, and other relevant regulations.
∎ Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
∎ Knowledge of local laws on Account & Finance procedure is essential.
∎ Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Advance level of Computer, Income Tax and VAT, Tally ERP 9, Team Leading.
