Educational Requirements:
∎ ACA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA in Accounting from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prepare the financial statements.
∎ Capable to prepare monthly Flash and MIS, quarterly & yearly Budget & Budget variance.
∎ Keep record of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
∎ Ensure efficient Cash Management .
∎ Maintain accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement,
∎ Work on VAT and Tax Management.
∎ Work on advance payment, adjustment & report accordingly.
∎ Keep records of all required documentation regarding bank loan.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS and VDS deductions from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance 1984.
∎ Manage and control Working Capital Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management and supply chain finance.
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of IAS/IFRS, Tax, VAT, Audit System, Company Law etc.
∎ Must have strong command over any accounting software and ERP.
∎ Must be proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Need to have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Should be pro-active and self-motivated.
∎ Should be honest with high integrity.
∎ Should have advance knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, Words etc.)
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ A minimum of 7 to 8 years working Experiences.
