Position: Air Freight Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Export and Import)
Key Accountabilities:
- Executive and follow up current Air Export/Import shipment.
- Make proper plan for upcoming Air Export/Import shipment.
- Communicate with overseas partners for shipment approval/rate negotiation etc purpose.
- Communicate with Airlines, Co-loader regarding current rate/space situation/AWB Stock.
- Follow up with local shippers/customers for upcoming/current Air Export/Import shipment.
- Monitor Airport Supervisor.
- Send rate quotation to overseas partners, local shippers/customers.
- Prepare monthly and yearly Budget for Airfreight.
- Direct Sales Drive/Business Development in the area of Airfreight.
- Sales lead generation, meet budget, forecast.
- Fulfill KPI.
- Update day to day shipment (Air Export, Air Import, Air Customs Clearance at DAC airport) database and send them to Top Management.
- Obtain concerned Encashment Certificate from Bank.
- Do Tele Sales with existing/new customers and arrange meeting with them.
- Follow up with local shippers/customers for overdue.
- Execute Air Customs Clearance job at DAC airport.
- Assist Sales personnel with current airfreight rates.
- Follow the compliances, Airlines guidelines and customer SOP.
- Fulfilment of Budget set by Management.
