∎ Minimum 3 year of experience in Air and Sea Import Pricing.
∎ Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communication an interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to perform multitask, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proven experience on procurement and global network management in freight forwarding, focusing on sea and air freight.
∎ Deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including key players, routes, and regulations in specified regions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A deep understanding of the sea freight industry, including knowledge of market trends, particularly Intra-Asia.
∎ Strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost-efficiency while ensuring reliable and timely freight services.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationship with Agent, Global Networks, carriers to secure favorable rates and terms.
∎ Sourcing and negotiate competitive rates for import shipment (Air and Sea) from carriers and services providers.
∎ Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
∎ Develop accurate and timely pricing quotations for customers and internal teams.
∎ Customize pricing solutions based on client requirements and market conditions.
∎ Maintain and update database of pricing, schedules and carrier’s details.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on pricing trends, cost analyses and market conditions.
∎ Work closely with sales and operational teams to align pricing, schedules and carrier’s details.

∎ Support contract negotiations with carriers and suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.

∎ Ensure strict adherence to international regulations, trade policies, and compliance standards to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
