Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day to day administration and support services to farm premises relating to Safety, Security, Health, Transport, House Keeping, Catering, Construction, Maintenance, and Utilities.
∎ Workout the requirements and design, plan and implement necessary steps for ensuring physical, material and personal security of farm house.
∎ Identify safety requirements and addressing occupational health and safety issues of farm house premises and ensure safe work practices by coordinating all the safety activities at the site to conform safety/compliance standards.
∎ As advised by the management select, draw contract and maintain vendor relationship for efficient operation of outsourced services managed centrally and monitor their activities to conform to the required standards.
∎ Undertake routine visits to the management site to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene
∎ Carryout necessary works in the house for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arrange timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof
∎ Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the building, equipment, fittings and furniture in accordance to the laid down standard.
∎ Coordinate with the management for standardization of the practices and procedures as regards to the above and provide integrated services and expert advice as appropriate.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Five to seven years experience in farm and guest house.
∎ Candidate should be smart, energetic and self motivated.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
