Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall in-charge of CC Hollow Block factory (Building Product)
∎ Should have efficient factory management.
∎ Research for development of production process.
∎ Organize maintenance/repair schedule for machines and control stock levels (safety stock, non-regular goods).
∎ Monitor day to day operation and supervise all departments of factory.
∎ Responsibility of doing the feasibility study for new construction materials and importing machinery.
∎ Responsible for factory transport and product distribution management.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
∎ Make sure health safety and security guidelines are maintained all times in all places.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials to improve production capacity.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files.
∎ Ensure training and development program to all level of staffs.
∎ Coordination and follow up with Govt. authority (if needed)
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the management from time to time.
