Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source and develop fabric suppliers (local and overseas) based on company requirements.
∎ Negotiate prices, lead times, and quality terms with fabric mills and suppliers.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of fabric aligned with production schedules.
∎ Conduct fabric quality assessments in collaboration with the QA department.
∎ Maintain strong communication with design, merchandising, and production teams.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor databases.
∎ Manage procurement documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
∎ Monitor market trends, fabric innovations, and pricing fluctuations.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated professional to lead our fabric sourcing and procurement department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fabric supply chains, supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with production timelines.
