Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop the Quality Standard, rules and regulations for achieving the Quality of the Fabric.
∎ • Ensure best quality fabric according to the buyer's requirement.
∎ • Responsible for minimization of fabric process loss.
∎ • Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as quality parameters.
∎ • Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of fabric quality.
∎ • Briefing and monitoring of quality staff for doing properly yarn quality check, grey fabric quality, finished quality check.
∎ • Control, yarn lot missing control, stitch length control, grey fabric inspection with report etc.
∎ • Arrange Training and motivation to quality team.
∎ • Any Other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ • Age at least 35 years
∎ • males & females both are allowed to apply
∎ • In-depth knowledge on knitting quality & overall fabric quality control.
∎ • Self-motivated, confident, value-driven and dynamic leader.
∎ • Must be target oriented.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure.
∎ • Effective communication skills.•
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed University will get preference.
∎ • Skills Required: Fabric Quality, Knitting Quality
