Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master’s degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Economics/Social Science or related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the Organizational qualitative and quantitative studies
∎ Survey Data, Data Analysis and interpretation.
∎ Capacity Building Training to Data Enumerators.
∎ Documentation of Survey related work.
∎ Collaboration with Finance for financial settlement of Vendors.
∎ Developing research design in consultation with the program head and key program personnel;
∎ Designing research protocol and methodology;
∎ Developing research questionnaires and checklists;
∎ Data management and data quality control at field level;
∎ Actively performing data analysis qualitative and quantitative.
∎ Producing clear, compelling, and methodologically robust reports, journal articles, policy briefs and other ways of making research results available and accessible to Friendship audiences;
∎ Designing and testing, research, and impact assessment, evaluation tools;
∎ Supervise the field staffs and helps them to identify and solve research issues;
∎ Assisting Senior Manager in different programme coordination;
∎ Finally, undertaking any other duties assigned and directed by the Authority;
∎ Research report writing;
∎ Prepare Post Distribution Monitoring report.
∎ Prepare TOR, Contact Paper, CS and bill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience in conducting quantitative data analysis using statistical software (SPSS/Stata) is essential.
∎ Intermediate level of MS Word/other word processing software.
∎ Intermediate level of spreadsheet software (e.g. MS Excel).
∎ Basic to intermediate level of a digital data collection tool.
∎ Excellent computer skill is mandatory.
∎ Excellent report writing skills with advanced analysis.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people of Char areas
