Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Environmental Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Master in Environmental Science or Chemistry from any reputed University. Candidates with M.Sc. & B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be actively involved in process optimization, industrial sustainable development, water management, effluent treatment plant operation and water recycling and waste disposal issues in accordance with the Company, Customer & Regulatory Policies.
∎ Having practical experience on the below works for 100% export oriented large type of fabric manufacturing factory:
∎ Having regular follow-up and monitoring practice of Bio Chemical ETP operations on all the parameters like BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, EC, PH, COLOR, Temperature, Sludge volume etc. as per DoE, ZDHC, IPE, Detox, Higg, STEP standard etc.
∎ Monitoring of ETP Performance and liaison with the Department of Environment (DoE) on necessity works and formalities regularly.
∎ Prepare the Environmental Management System (EMS) documents as per the different Environmental Compliance requirements.
∎ Ensure and Maintain required environmental, chemical & ETP related all issues of the factory and kept preparation always for any audit.
∎ Wastewater Treatment & Recycling Plant Operation & Control
∎ Water Management System
∎ Social & Environmental sustainability
∎ Innovation in operation
∎ Customer compliance for sustainability
∎ Modifications for Effluent treatment plant.
∎ To be actively involved in process optimization, industrial sustainable development, water management, effluent treatment plant operation and water recycling and waste disposal issues in accordance with the Company, Customer & Regulatory Policies.
∎ Conduct internal environmental audit as per different Code of Conduct to meet any buyer and compliance requirements.
∎ Having strong relations building capabilities with others departmental officials for ensure the needful works.
∎ Having needful experiment on the WTP operations of large type of fabric/dyeing mills.
∎ Having strong knowledge on sludge management system according to DoE & buyer requirements as per SOP.
∎ Capable for preparing all the needful documents of environmental management system.
∎ Should have innovative minded for developing the reduce system & control of all the wastage for friendly environment.
∎ Preparing corrective action plan as per audit findings and share it to relevant sections for solving those issues as early as possible as required by buyer
∎ Monitoring and follow-up ETP and to guide ETP responsible for ensuring all compliance issues as per local and buyer COC requirement
∎ Leading EMS & CMS related audit
∎ Having others competences of relevant necessity
