Skills Required: AutoCAD,Generator,Maintenance and Troubleshooting,Power System and Automation,substation

- Trouble Shooting of Machinery - Feedmill, Hatchery and Breeder Automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English Communication
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, manage, and supervise all electrical engineering activities across the plant/facility.
Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and power systems.
Lead and develop the electrical team to improve performance and ensure project deadlines are met.
Coordinate with procurement for sourcing of electrical equipment, spare parts, and services.
Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations, energy efficiency standards, and electrical codes.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
Oversee new electrical projects, modifications, and expansions.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates for electrical works.
Liaise with utility service providers, government bodies, and consultants as required.
