Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any of the below listed Government recognized Universities of Bangladesh :
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, WTP, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Electrical, Power generation & utility services.
∎ Perform maintenance on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems.
∎ Electrical Hazard finds out and giving appropriate solution and co-ordinate with Production dept. for ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Regular monitoring of LT, MDB, BBT, DB, SDB, LPS etc regular checkup and maintenance.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Electrical& Utility Dept.
∎ Testing and evaluating systems and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and making modifications as needed.
∎ Maintain equipment, systems, and components to ensure their performance and capacity
∎ Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, systems, and applications. Develop test plans and perform tests on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems.
∎ ACCORD/Alliance/Audit related required documents monitor and maintain.
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under Electrical& Utility Dept and submit recommendations to plant head.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept& ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Designing and developing electrical systems and equipment methods. Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different electrical problems.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in maintenance in any Textile industry
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should be very technical in leading the department
